Paige O’Neill - CMO, B2B Marketer, Social Media Addict, Dog Lover, Digital Photographer, Bay Area Resident

Hi. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Here is a bit about me: I am currently Chief Marketing Officer at fast-growing marketing analytics startup iJento (www.ijento.com), where I am responsible for global marketing strategy, positioning, demand generation, communications, social media and iJento.com

I’m an eighteen-year B2B marketing veteran, with experience across marketing software, enterprise software, wireless technology, Software As A Service/Cloud computing, green technology, social media, and supply chain software.

In previous lives, I was Vice President of Marketing for marketing automation firm Aprimo (which was acquired by Teradata) for several years; CMO for early-stage startups Aravo Solutions and GreenRoad Technologies; and CMO for PHH Arval (NYSE: PHH).

Before all that, I cut my teeth in marketing for over a decade at Oracle Corporation in several different marketing roles.

I was fortunate enough to start my career in marketing working for high tech PR agency Technology Solutions on IBM’s Internet Division back in the mid-90′s. It was an exciting time when the Internet was just getting going as a business model and me and my colleagues had a blast launching IBM’s first Internet products and trying to convince everyone the whole online thing was not just a passing fad.  It wasn’t.

I’m a proud alum of the University of Kentucky, and avid fan of the UK basketball team. I also spent about two years at New York University in a Ph.D. program studying Media Ecology — which is the study of how technology impacts culture. I’ve lived in the Bay Area for over 15 years. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking with my German Shepherd, Luna.

I’d love to hear from you!!

Paige

  1. Hi Paige, thanks for following me on Twitter :-)

This is a very interesting little B2B Blog, I wonder if you’ve considered putting it into my Twitter-Blog Lounge? …. (The link is above this post)

I’ve ticked for site updates :-)

    Pete.

  2. Thanks for the suggestion! Done!

  3. Hi Paige. I ahve sworn off Facebook (for a variety of reasons) so I do not get to keep up with you. Googled you and thought I’d say hello! So, hello!

  4. Happy to discover your blog, Paige. All the best.

    Jeff

  5. Hello Paige, I like your work in the Social Media space. I have a question. Can you tell me the baseline steps (101 level) to implementing Social Media and Mobile app technology as a revenue generator for a small travel agency. By the way, the small agency already has a current Facebook, twitter and website presence. Thx, J – you can also send me a note to top.greatideas@gmail.com

  6. Hello Paige,

I’m currently seeking backlinks and guest bloggers for my new blog. I read several of your recent articles and I love the content. If you would be interested in writing on my site I am willing to provide a dofollow link from your articles and one week per article of ad space (648X60 banner or 125X125 spot, first come first serve) on my blog to do with as you choose; pop in an affiliate link, promote your blog, maybe a new product you have launched. Of course I will not link to gambling sites, adult, hacking, black hat seo, ect.

If this is something that interests you, checkout the full details at:

    Regards,
    - Ben
